Since our students are (almost) all Suzuki students, we have a great shared “language” of pieces. The list below tells you which pieces you should prepare for our play-downs throughout the day. Below that are the 3 “extras” that we also enjoy playing together.
You are encouraged to download the list, and any pieces you may need.
Non-Suzuki Repertoire Downloads
We’ll be playing 2 tunes that are not in the standard Suzuki repertoire:
Peace, Perfect Peace and Jesus Loves Me.
Also, violinists don’t normally learn French Folk Song, but everyone gets to play it at Hope Twinkles!

Peace, Perfect Peace
Below are violin, viola and cello settings of Peace, Perfect Peace, each as the melody, a harmony part, and the words so you can sing this lovely hymn together as you learn it. Bass and Open String versions have only the notes.
Jesus Loves Me
There are several options for printing here: Violin melody, harmony, obbligato, easy or octave-up, Viola melody or harmony, Cello melody or harmony, and String Bass.
French Folk Song
The first three are melody: Violin, Viola and Cello.
Then you’ll find harmony parts for 1st violin, 2nd violin, viola, cello and bass.
